Due to a network issue, community members are unable to dial out on almost all desk phones. This includes the ability to call 911. Persons needing to contact the HUPD or 911 should do so by using their cell phone or a blue-light phone on campus. The HUPD can be reached at 5-1212 or 617-495-1212 from a cell phone.
University officials are working with local phone companies to address this issue.
