The HUPD offers emotional support, guidance and options counseling to any individual who is a victim of a sensitive crime, such as, rape, sexual assault, relationship or domestic violence, harassment and stalking.  
  
The Department's specially trained officers will guide victims through a step-by-step process of exploring all available options, should you be victimized by one of the crimes listed below.
