#  Timely Warning - Aggravated Assault in Harvard Square

This morning, at approximately 8:47 AM, an individual brandished an edged weapon at a coffee shop in Harvard Square. Following the incident, the Harvard University Police Department (HUPD), Cambridge Police, and Massachusetts State Police responded and searched the area for the individual.

The individual was later located and arrested without incident near Mount Auburn Hospital.

There is no ongoing threat to the Harvard campus.
