**Campus Hazing Transparency Report**

In compliance with the [Stop Campus Hazing Act](https://www.congress.gov/118/bills/hr5646/BILLS-118hr5646enr.xml), Harvard University is required to publish a Campus Hazing Transparency Report, listing findings of responsibility for hazing violations by established or recognized student organizations. Any reports of hazing that did not result in a finding of responsibility are not included.

The Campus Hazing Transparency Report will include the following information:

- Name of student organization;
- Description of violation;
- Date of the alleged incident;
- Date investigation was initiated;
- Date investigation ended with a finding that a hazing violation occurred; and
- Date the institution provided notice to the organization of the finding.
